Cancellations

We understand that plans can change but we ask that you notify us as soon as you can.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

No - Show

If you fail to call, text, or show up on the day of your scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

 

As a courtesy for our guests, we send confirmation texts 24 hours before each appointment. 

Late

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule for a later date to allow our stylists to stay on track with their scheduled appointments for the day.

Children

For the best experience, we recommend rescheduling if you have to bring your child and they are under the age of 10. If they do accompany you and are well-behaved, please ensure that any electronic devices are silent and that headphones are used.

If you choose to bring your child, please understand that the salon staff is not responsible for supervising them. We also ask that you understand and take responsibility for their safety by recognizing that the salon contains chemicals, sharp tools, and hot styling equipment.

Ultimately, it is up to the individual stylist to decide what they are comfortable with regarding children in the salon.

Promotions

Ask us about our promotions!

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Only one promotion or special offer may be applied per appointmen.

Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with your service, we offer adjustments.

 

To qualify for a complimentary adjustment, you must notify management within one week of your original appointment.

 

Adjustments must be completed by the original stylist

 

Please note, we do not offer refunds for any services.
